I'm part of a group of ten people going to Aulani in mid April for three nights and then on to a cruise. Does anyone know of or has used a good reliable shuttle service? I looked at the reviews of Speedishuttle and they were not very good at all. Can someone please recommend a good reliable shuttle service to get from the airport to Aulani?

sometimes Aulani will offer free shuttle service. We were able to get free shuttle to and from the airport for free.

I haven't been to Aulani yet, but my one experience with Speedishuttle in LA was horrendous. I don't know if it's different in Hawaii, but I am not going to personally try it. We're renting a car instead.

We used Speedishuttle in Maui and our experience was ok. Our flight time had changed and we arrived an hour earlier, however our TA notified Speedishuttle of this. They still weren't expecting us for another hour, so they had to scramble to get us transportation. We had to wait about 20 minutes for this to be sorted out, but they eventually got us on the next shuttle. When we left to go back to the airport, they were right on time and there was no issue.

With a group of 10, you may be able to arrange a private transport with them or another company.

I didn't know there was a Speedi Shuttle in the LA area. I know of Super Shuttle (and possibly two different companies). Each experience can be good or bad I suppose!

Oh maybe you're right! I had such a bad experience that I banned them from my brain LOL

We arrived on a Friday for a Saturday embarkation on the Pride of America the week before our current stay. We used Speedi Shuttle to our hotel in Waikiki and again the next morning to get to the port. No problems. Just a few laughs. Lots of information from the drivers. The driver who took us to the pier was especially interesting. His 'American' mother (he was born in Sweden and adopted by an American who was in teh diplomatic service) was at the gates of Pearl Harbor on December 7 where she was waiting for her boyfriend who was in the Army when the attack began.
No problems with Speedi Shuttle. They were on time and had a good price. We had 2 trips for 2 less than the price at home for 1 way!
I won't discuss the run around from Hertz when we were supposed to be met at the pier to pick up our rental car for this week at Aulani.

I've almost been run off H1 by a Speedishuttle van! It was frightening!

Why not rent yourself a car? It's usually not much from the airport. Or are all of you needing to stay together?

Most airports don't allow Uber to pick up at them, but I'm not sure about HNL. They are few and far between on Oahu though, at least in Kapolei.
