Can you book a transfer through DCL that goes from the airport to the Swan and then to the port 2 days later?

I am not sure about going to the Swan.. but I would think so. On our first Disney cruise we did get to the boat from the Dolphin. They do have a DCL counter there. So I would think that might be for the Swan as well? Oh and yes we did do Disney transportation back to the airport too.
