Yes, there is a Hyatt Hotel right inside the airport. It's ultraconvenient for late arrivals, early departures. It doesn't specifically have a shuttle to WDW but if you're staying at a Disney resort, Magical Express buses are free but it must be booked that way in advance. If not staying onsite at a Disney hotel there are lots of choices but none are free. Mears Shuttle
http://www.mearstransportation.com/, taxis, private car service (we like Happy Limo best) or you could rent a car. Alamo, Budget, Avis, Hertz, Dollar & National are right onsite at MCO.

Here is a photo of how short of a walk it is to get to the Hyatt. The escalator and glass elevators on the right are the Hyatt's. If you look just beyond the escalator on the right, you'll see the queue for airport security to go to the gates. If you could go beyond the left side of the picture, there is a food court and shopping.

The Hyatt is IN the airport...but the hotels just outside are very nice as well...none that I know of are shady
