Airmiles- Tips and Tricks

Is it terribly sad that most of our Airmiles come from the LCBO or Shell? LOL

I'll really need to start collecting better over the next two years so I can use some towards my trip with my girls.

Can I ask - we currently have all our purchases being turned into AM Cash - are we better to have them as the Dream Miles instead?

Depends what you want them for. You need Dream Miles for Disney passes, hotels and car rentals.

Thanks! I'm switching to a 50/50 mix for now and then we'll see. I have three years to collect towards our trip so hopefully it will help with something!

Just a quick tip when Safeway or Sobbys has the bonus AM coupons it's up to you to give it to the cashier and not up to the cashier to ask you for it. No coupon no bonus AMs.

The bonus AMs that you see on the shelf ie buy two pkgs of bath tissue earn 100 AMs will automatically be added to your account no coupon required. Just make sure you buy them in a single transaction.

Good tip
I found this out when I was sent a get 25 bonus Airmiles at Metro a few months ago.
It was good for each $25 dollar visit but I had to remember to give it to the cashier.
