urgh don't try to post while eating...
Thanks Mel and Jacqueline!re metro app, no it's not for first time use only. Just load the in app offer which is actually a coupon, this week's is for an Irresistible Cream pie for $5 , when you buy it the value of the coupon will come off your bill and the offer will show as redeemed.
You can also remove your airmiles number from the app and sign in with another to let you use more than one card
No need to load the offer when you're at the store. I sit down, at home, and load each card into the app. Load the offer then remove the card from the app and do the next account. Just to make sure I haven't cancelled anything I go into my account on my laptop and double check to make sure the "in app offer" is still got a check mark on it.Thanks Mel and Jacqueline!
I was struggling with switching accounts so I decided to go home and will try again tomorrow after I have properly linked the cards. I usually just switched the cards using one account, but this time I need to switch the accounts in order to do this BB offer on both cards. Hope to complete two BBB offers with one Metro shop per card!
so long as it looks like this in your account, either online or in the app, you'll be fine. Just use the cash miles by the 28th and it will be a B3 offer completed. I just looked both online and in the app and then I "unsaved" the other cash miles offer to be sure it's the only one showing my card right nowI see 2 Metro offers use 95 AM get 25 AM one ends Dec 6 and the one with Bonus Boom ends Nov 28 how do I make sure I get the Bonus Boom credit.
Metro offers are often confusing to track because some appear on the receipt but others don't. If this was a targeted email offer or one that just popped up in the Airmiles app for you it won't print on the receipt but it will post to your account, usually as a separate amount from the other postings connected to that transaction in my experience. If it was an offer that was there on Thursday morning that you had to load to your card it would show up the day you shop. Not much help for you at the moment but fingers crossed it worked for you!I was going to ask all the Metro shoppers what to do if you were missing an offer as I could have sworn that I had a spend $60 get 100 miles offer on my card and I know it was there when I was shopping. I didn't get the miles and it was showing on my offers earlier this evening when I was first going to ask you guys and now when I finally have time to ask it is gone and I have no proof of it so I guess it is gone and I didn't get the miles. Can't prove anything if you don't have any proof. I know it was there today but I did get some bonus boom offers today so I have that going for me.
I know, I want to get a bunch but no room either. If it was mid winter I could put some in my unheated garage in the cooler! ha ha. Although sometimes I'll open up the boxes and bags and condense them in other freezer bags to make room. Once you get rid of the packaging it's not as big of a space. My oldest son asked if I would pick up a few groceries for him,,,,, holy smoke some prices are just crazy at Metro.
I am not paying $8.99 for Kraft peanut butter and $9.99 for some Purex laundry soap.
I did manage to pick up a few things to meet my spend $40 get 40 Airmiles offer at Metro.
On the positive note ,,, two of my sons will eat Jane's chicken strips & nuggets and they were on for buy 10 boxes for $40.(Sobeys).
I would have bought more but I have no room in the freezer.
Hugs

a couple of years ago I redeemed some PC points for a vacuum sealer, it's amazing how much we can store in the freezer now!!I know, I want to get a bunch but no room either. If it was mid winter I could put some in my unheated garage in the cooler! ha ha. Although sometimes I'll open up the boxes and bags and condense them in other freezer bags to make room. Once you get rid of the packaging it's not as big of a space.
Made a 7am trip to Sobeys this morning. I wanted to do the cereal offer and double checked the package size. Well the miles didn’t post to my receipt and I didn’t check until I was home. I did spend $101 but that offer isn’t on my receipt either. Has anyone done that one yet?
On the side of success I did get the Old El Paso kits and the Pillsbury turnovers. I used DD’s card today so that’s a start for her. I’m heading to Metro later to get some outdoor baskets for the floral offers and the 3 plant based milk offer….those will be my card…I also got the spend$40/40
I bought the Apple cinnamon cheerios….they are 420g so it should count but I have a feeling that that one won’t work. That variety is often not part of sales/promos. Whatever…I needed them and they were $2.99.Hi Hon
I did the cereal one and just checked the receipt
regular price Honey Nut cheerios $4.49 minus 99 cents =$3.50 each
receipt says 60 Bonus earned.
Mine were 292g.
Coupon offer says size 260 g -455g
I have done the old El Paso one a few times and if I buy 6 (total cost $26.94) of them I get a $5 Sobeys gift card back for purchasing $25.00 in product.
I spent just over $100 today and no indication that I will get 5X the miles anywhere on the receipt though. I did Opt In.
PS Just a FYI don't forget the codes needed for the Milk & Floral offer.
Hugs
Mel
It's a hard to nut to crack that's for sure! I NEVER order anything from them during a promo unless I'm 100% absolutely sure it's included, that's why I love this month's categories include HOME because most of what I order falls under thatAmazon is so frustrating. How do you know what category an item is listed in? Sometimes it shows above the picture (ie, Beauty & Personal Care›Hair Care›Styling Accessories›Ponytail Holders) and other times there is nothing.
