When I saw the announcements of Blue Rewards and Shell leaving Air Miles I wondered what I would do with my miles as I have never been able to redeem at Shell since they started only redeeming at the pumps. Last week I redeemed for a $100 Walmart evoucher and I have 84 miles left. I've only been collecting at Shell these days.

I collect Scene plus often as I shop frequently at Freshco so I'm happy I can continue to earn at Shell in this way.

My son's card had enough for $30 evoucher Walmart. Now it would be $20 that the 11% discount is gone. Hopefully Ottawamom's tip below will work.

We were quite surprised at my daughter's balance. I haven't actively collected during the past 2 years so we were surprised to see she had over 4900 miles. We started cashing them out as e-vouchers as well.

Just saw a tip on RFD for getting the e-vouchers to work. Go into your profile on AM and make sure your phone # is attached to your profile. I had my home # under my name and then in my profile I had my Cell #, I added my home # there as well and when I went back into redeem it worked.

The key is to make sure you have a phone # under "Home"

Thanks Ottawamom! My son's account is one of those unable to redeem his miles for an evoucher. Just an endless cycle of going nowhere fast. I just logged into my son's account and added a phone under home. While his cell number is attached to his profile, when I dug into this - there was nothing in the cell or home spots. Hopefully this works. His account has enough to redeem for $30 in Walmart gift cards. UPDATED: That worked! Thank you Ottawamom! The 11% discount was gone, but we were able to redeem for $20. He just needs 4 more miles to redeem for a last $10 evoucher.

no buy a couple chocolate bars get airmiles
no more buy a 50$ gift card get 30 Airmiles.
The store seemed to be completely empty of any mention of *Airmiles*.

I was having issues redeeming air miles for concert tickets and spent hours with a couple of the Airmiles support people and they said IT was working on the issue , but they could not figure out the problem and I should just buy tickets!

I was missing a cell number, home number was there , put that in and it worked, and now have concert tickets and did not have to spend $500 for them.

I got the 80 AM offer for this month with an email today. DD filled up 3 times in January so we got 40 AM for that one. Whether she'll do the same this month. Who knows?

ugh, what a day i had!! Wasn't on this train but it did screw up the entire day and will continue into today's commute,

They kept saying "disabled train" or "switch issues" when in fact, a train derailed, just outside of union and stopped allll trains, both directions for most of the day. I ended up taking 3 different busses instead of waiting. Woke up to see what's happening today and decided nope, I'm just staying home!!

I’m not surprised they’ve changed the name of AirMiles to blue rewards. When I was working at BMO and trying to get people to collect AirMiles, the biggest concern was that people didn’t fly.. The reward program would be no good for them. There was the wrong thought that AirMiles was only for travel. I would have to explain each time that you could also get merchandise or gift certificates. That would take extra time with a customer and multiply that by all the employees who are also trying to get people to understand that AirMiles was a good program that would fit their needs and you have wasted half a day.
What does surprise me is that they’ve changed the value of 95 AirMiles to 1500 blue rewards. That just confuses the whole issue, to my mind. It’s a program that’s been running for 30 years. It was working well. It was easy enough to figure out 95 AirMiles equals $10. Now they’re gonna muddy the water and make people figure out 1500 blue rewards. More math to figure out. But nobody asked my opinion so I guess I’ll just do what I do. I’m not sure how good this will be for the program, we’ll see.
