Mine tooMy bonus miles from Shell last week have posted. 40 for gas and 8 for in store.
Well today I can no longer sing the song "when I'm 64" as I turned 65 today and rightfully earned all my seniors discounts. Now I can get my Presto card updated and I can get seniors fare on transit. Yea. Tonight for dinner will be from the restaurant of my choosing which I think will be East Side Marios.

I'm always thankful to be born in a year that ends in 0. Makes the math so much easier!Well today I can no longer sing the song "when I'm 64" as I turned 65 today and rightfully earned all my seniors discounts. I never got an email, but there is an offer on the website for me. 40AM for 3 fill ups, and 80 for 4. I just filled up on the weekend, so I'm not sure that we'll make it. I guess it will depend on how much driving DD does lol.No Shell fill-up offer for me this month.
I am sorry you have to go through this- I swear young adult kids are so stressful and Our medical system needs something.Well gang….
The journey has begun. DD is in surgery and boy oh boy has this morning been something. She nervous like a cat up a tree and the very first nurse is a total B hach. Wouldn’t you think that they would try to do their best in a surgical dept where, I’m sure, the vast majority of patients are nervous? DH and I had to stay in the waiting area for over 90 minutes before they let us come and be with DD. I understand that she’s an adult but she had to sit there alone in a cubicle all the time just waiting. When we were finally allowed in was when they were actually doing things to her. Made no sense. I was on the verge of just going in.
Now, I wait. It’s a 2 hour surgery and DD told me to leave but I’m not going any further than taking a walk around the property.
I hope all goes well. Take good care of her, but don’t forget to take care of yourself as well. I’d hazard to bet that you’re as nervous as she is.Well gang….

Did your daughter get her surgery finally. Is she on the road to recovery at home now?I am sorry you have to go through this- I swear young adult kids are so stressful and Our medical system needs something.
Moving my daughter to Ottawa last week she was in such terrible pain, we had to call an ambulance.
Waited 4 hours for an ambulance. 18 hours in the emergency waiting room to see a doctor, and then 5 days of we hope we can get you into surgery today so no food till we know we can’t squeeze the surgery in and by then the kitchen is closed and can’t get a meal . The nurses were all pleasant and I would not want their job.
Yes on day 5 she got surgery.Did your daughter get her surgery finally. Is she on the road to recovery at home now?
