can i redeem my airmiles for universal passes and then upgrade to add another day?

Yes. We did this last week. We had a two day two park pass and upgraded it to a four day pass for $20 ish. We then upgraded it to a power pass and was given $1.09 back, lol. We also had an ticket that we redeemed from aeroplan and we did the same thing. There were no issues whatsoever.
