I have a friend who is looking for good prices on a flight from the United States to Ireland in October 2006.

Any good ideas for places to tell her to start looking? :confused3

Thanks! :thumbsup2

I usually scour the web for good prices, but always end up booking international flights at www.flights.com. Last year we got an excellent deal on a nonstop Denver - London on British Airways, for less than $600 each in the summer! :woohoo: I love BA!!

Anyway, it's generally cheapest to fly through London, but sometimes there are good deals to Dublin. Depends on the season! If she's looking to go to Belfast, I'd recommened booking a flight to London and getting the other flight separately. Jersey European and Ryanair usually have great deals, or try a UK travel agency like www.travelselect.co.uk.

HTH! :)

I'd try the Continental or Delta sites as they both fly into Ireland (Dublin and Shannon) I also think American Airlines do as well.

Aer Lingus fly from Dublin and you have the added advantage of 'clearing' US immgration before boarding in Dublin - so you are treated as an internal flight on arrival in MCO; much quicker out of the airport

The same applies to any scheduled flight out of Dublin :thumbsup2

there was no US immgrations at Dublin airport last December

If it was me I would tell your friend to try Aer Lingus or Continental and get a direct flight here and not go by London as if you miss your Cheap connectioning flight it is your hard Luck (happened Us) and they baggage allows is very low on these cheap flights

what part of Ireland are they coming to as you can flight into
Dublin / shannon or Belfast
