Hi Is there any travel agency in Ontario that would offer airline tickets, cheaper than what airline website offers?

I just booked oasis of the seas thru cruise travel agency . They offered me better airline ticket but only on the same day as cruise departs, they cannot offer me discount on the day before.
I tried Air Canada , West Jet, porter . the price is expensive. Thats why i started to wonder if small travey agency may offer better price.
