We are flying AA and I just have a question about online check in.

Are we able to do online check in if we don't have a printer? (we will have a computer but no printer). When we arrive at the airport and go to check our luggage can we say that we have already checked in and they will give us our boarding passes then? or are we best to just wait until we get to the airport? We are flying first class and have already booked our seats so just wondered if there is any point to doing online check in if we don't have a printer.

I would still check in even if you can't print your boarding passes. It helps to secure your seats, etc. I have heard stores that when people needed to be removed from a flight and there are no volunteers that the airlines will remove the people who checked in last (i.e. usually those who waited to check-in at the airport).
