Airline keeps changing flight numbers/times

I booked flights for October through US Air specifically because of the flight times available. They have changed these flights at least twice now. I have non-refundable tickets. Is there anything I can do to get better flights?

You can call them and see if you can be moved to a different flight.

I fly Delta & American often and they all change times & numbers. Both have been good about changing flights if the times change. I think they are required to give a refund if it more than 2 hour change , but they have made numerous changes for me as the flight times kept changing.
