Airline credit?

We bought our tickets from a TA. Have the hard copies. I checked the Internet and now the price has dropped about $50 a ticket. How do I go about getting an airline credit? Do I call TWA, try it online, or what?
As you can tell, I don't travel much.

You'll have to work through the travel agent. If the TA is a good one, they will take care of it for you. If they don't, use someone else next time.

I have gotten credits from Delta twice the past two years when the costs dropped . I just called delta and asked them if I could get the lower fare rate and they said no but we can give you a credit.
