Has anybody noticed an increase in airline prices from Indianapolis? We flew on ATA Dec 04, and Jan 05 for roughly $160 per person. We got the best prices about 3 months before flying. I am pricing for a trip in Nov 05 and have noticed that airfare is about $30 more per person, and the best prices are 6 months out. There is only one flight each way, whereas there were three flights before. I was wondering if the backruptcy of ATA are to blame, and I would like some help. Thanks

thats why we went with Northwest this year. We usually fly with ATA, but we didn't like the prices or the one flight time. I have also been hearing about people not very happy with their service lately.

I'm risking it with ATA. I had a free companion fare to use, and I'm hoping that the flights don't get cancelled since they're direct and the times I really want. Paid about $201 (including $10 tax on free ticket). Not bad... and if it falls through I'll take it up with Amex since I bought the tickets with it. Then find something else.

I think flight costs will probably go up with reduced competition. I love ATA and hope they can get their act together...
