Hi . After months of planning on whether to use magical express and have Disney cruise take care of luggage or doing ourselves and rent a car . We decided to use magical express and use Disney check in for our luggage. We are using Jet Blue and departing at the allowed time . Now Disney cruise line and DU is telling us Jet Blue doesn't participate in that program. Can u guys confirm this ? I read it on DCL website . We are sending an attached email tomorrow . Just wanted to ask the experts . Thanks

Well it's actually DCL transfers (not Magical Express), but that's not important.

Last I knew Jet Blue was a participating airline. What time is your flight out of MCO after the cruise? Maybe it's too early?

Or there's been a change in the participating airlines. But it's still listed on the DCL website:

*This service is available to Guests flying out of Orlando International Airport on domestic flights (including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands) on Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Jet Blue Airways and United Airlines.
https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/guest-services/air-ground-transportation/

I'd suggest you contact your TA and/or DCL and talk to someone else. Push it up the line.

I did contact DU which is our TA and DCL. We are departing at 230 PM. One DCL agent said yes they are a participating airline, another DCL agent said no and our TA said no as well. That's why I figured before sending another email/ phone call tomorrow , I would just ask here if anyone has used Jet Blue recently using DCL transfer . Thanks

Well, let us know what you find out. Sadly, the CMs on the phone at DCL often have never even been on one of the ships, and really don't know all the answers.

I'm surprised a DU agent also said no, but maybe something has changed.

I REALLY hope they didn't discontinue JetBlue. Chose them over SW (and paid more for it) just because of the onboard checkin.
