I think you are referring to checking in with your flight and dropping off bags for magical express . Since that’s gone I think you just have to check in on your phone . I miss the days of Disney convenience .

That is one “perk” that I miss the most. It was sooo nice to drop off your luggage before going to the airport

Agreed, this one is really the only perk that really bothered me that they took away. Even if they kept it with a fee would have been better then just removing it all together. At least with magical express being taken away you have "similar" options, you have zero options for just luggage pickup.

I don't check bags anymore, but that was really a cool service. Of course, it's gone.
