I hope this is the right place to ask this..

we are leaving on Friday and I was going to bring a carry on bag with all of our snacks/food (no liquids/drinks) on the plane.
Is that allowed?
I haven't flown in over a year and never bring on a carry on (besides my purse, small bag for the kids) so I have no idea if thats okay. I know the no liquid rule.. but do they care if I have a bag filled with goodies??? :confused3:confused3
Thanks!

You are allowed one carry on bag plus one personal item per ticketed passenter. Your airline website will have the dimensions but basicly a backpack and a purse are fine.

Food is fine but watch for "gels" a sandwich with mayo is fine but mayo on its own has to be in your 3-1-1 bag. You can also purchase liquids after security and bring them onboard, we often do this so we can have what we like without waiting on the FA to serve.
