Are there some blank airline boarding passes somewhere? When I searched, I found a former DISigner from the beginning of 2009 with a photobucket no longer working.

We are surprising two cousins with standby airline tickets... and not only will this be their first trip to WDW, but also their first trip on an airplane! :yay: We are meeting them in the city their grandmother lives in, spending the day/night with them, and when the girls go back to the airport with us the following morning, we are going to let them know they are getting to go with us to the gate (they won't know any difference - they are seven year old twins so don't know that's not possible). My daughter will think the surprise is to see her cousins then we have to leave. What NONE of them know is that we will ALL be getting on the plane to Orlando... first trip to Disney World! And first airplane flight for the twins. We aren't sure if we are going to reveal "Disney World" at that point, or wait until we board the Magical Express buses. (And right now, my two daughters do not know they are getting to go see their cousins. I hope to surprise them that morning when we go to the airport.)

Of the seven of us going: Only the three adults know, and the last time any of us visited WDW was in 1990 (me). The four kiddos and hubby have never been! Just looking at ways to keep the magical surprises going for them. THANKS! :thumbsup2

I did some cruise style passes yesterday:

I'd love to see what I can make for a first flight and maybe magical express tickets or WDW "invitation/tickets"
Can I get more info on what you're looking for? And anything to personalize (I don't hand out blanks per se, but explained how I made them in a thread yesterday) like first names, favorite characters, travel dates or anything you'd like.

Very cool!

The "first flight" girls are 7-year-old twins - Nora and Olivia. (Also first Disney experience). Their mom did not tell me favorite characters, but I know favorite colors are pink (Nora) and purple (Olivia)

My daughters do not know they are going, have flown before, but this is their first trip to Disney World. Sarah and Emilie. Favorite characters are Princess Jasmine (Sarah) and Minnie Mouse (Emilie).

Flight will be Nashville (BNA) to Orlando (MCO). I am thinking of talking to the gate agent to have them paged to the counter to give them their "boarding passes".

The only thing we are doing there is the MVMCP - no days in the park. We will be playing miniature golf though ;)

I can also PM you travel dates as well if that helps.

Thank you so much for tinkering with this! We are still just super excited we are even going!!

I especially love the slightly Mickey shaped cloud in the background. Not photoshopped, naturally occuring.

You mention that these are 'standby' tickets. Just be aware that you may end up spending a good bit of time in the airport with four kids and/or could easily be split up on different flights.

Sounds like you'll have fun when you get there though!

Print on Avery 5371, 8371 or 27871 or just white cardstock for authentic ticket feel. Or on paper as a full sheet of paper (white area allows for nonprintable area, ignore "outside printable area warnings)
Will look at MVMCP tickets later today or tomorrow.

Yep! I'm a former airline employee, and hubby has almost 17 years there. We've had lots of standby experience, including several flights with me and the girls by myself (once when they were 2 months and the other 3 years old - me going standby with them by myself). Knock on wood, the days we are choosing to travel are off-peak days and times, with many backup flights available. When we are flying for cruises and *have* to be there at a certain time, we purchase tickets, but we are flying for MVMCP three days early so we have wiggle room in case of weather, cancelled flights, or whatever happens in the system. :thumbsup2 The best is when someone is trying to fly standby, wants to take a weekend trip, and can't understand why they can't fly Friday evening after work and come home Sunday evening - that flights are full!

I just bought tshirts today to do some iron-ons. We are super excited!!

I would love to have the Magical express for Princess Mia, Princess Casanna and Princess Leah if it's ok. I think the girls would love it. Mia is the only little one the other 2 are teens...thank you:) I love them...

Thank you, but, I think the name on the end where it says redeem, the names aren't correct. Thank you thank you:)

Thank you so very much. I will print them out and put them with the other items i have ready for our trip...

I absolutely love this idea and love, love, love the activities you created on the cards! So creative and what a great way to keep the kids busy and entertained.

We're surprising our kids for our first "family" vacation to WDW and a 3-night cruise on the Disney Dream - their first cruise ever. My boys have been to WDW for one day when they were younger (DS's bday when he was 5 and other DS was 3) but this is our princess's first trip to WDW! We're surprising them the day we leave. Not sure if we're telling them about the cruise right away or going to save it as another surprise during the trip (Going to the parks first.)

Can you create boarding passes for both airline and cruise?

Here's our information... Flying from BWI to MCO 11/16/2011 : Disney Dream Nov. 20th, 2011 3 nights stopping in Bahamas and Castaway Cay. We're going to Atlantis at the Bahamas stop if you want to include that.

Steven - not sure favorite character - maybe Flynn Rider? He would love the "I spy in the sky" or the dot game.

Ryan - favorite character: Mickey Mouse. He would love either word find or maze activity.

Debra - favorite character: Rapunzel! She would love either word find or connect the numbers airplane.

Thank you so much in advance for spreading pixie dust!!! It is so much appreciated!

Thank you SO much!! :thumbsup2 I appreciate it so much, as I am sure our girls will too!!
