You can print as is at 100% just make sure they're printing landscape and at "best" for print quality.

The easiest way to get my printer to do this is to open a word doc. set to landscape in page setup. set to narrow margins. copy two boarding passes in per page. They should fit at 100%.

Or you can fit one per page as a full page photo. Do Not fit picture to frame.
