Airfare tips

Hello - Does anyone out there have any good tips for cheaper airfare? The cheapest flight that I can find right now for our trip in March is over $300 a ticket. I have never paid more than $215 to fly down to MCO. The closest BIG airport is Omaha and that is three hours away from home, which is OK but I'd hate to pay that price for our tickets. That would be more than our resort package price for the four of us. Are there any good deals coming that I can watch for?

I booked my air months ago for March. They have gone way up since then. I suggest you do a "fare watcher" on Travelocity. I check this several times a day, when fares go down, I then go directly to the airlines website and book it there, usually saving a little more.

Good luck, it does take some time, but in the end it usually pays off. I imagine an air fare sale must be starting soon.
