Does anyone know if there is site that may have some historical data on airfare for certain weeks. I am looking to vacation in disney either the week after Thanksgiving or a week in October. I really want to come the week after Thanksgiving BUT I'm afraid the airfare may be crazy!

I wanted to get a rough idea to see if there was a difference in price and if it is normally drastic enough to just come in October instead.

Coming from Baltimore

The Transportation board has a thread with historical info on Southwest airfares.

Airfare is all over the place thanks to the cost of fuel. Back in January, I booked my Oct flights to Orlando from Boston. They were about $200, maybe a wee bit less. They are now close to $300. My JB tickets for early Dec were in the $240 neighborhood but have actually gone down in price, so I have gotten a credit.
I did fly on Thanksgiving day a few years ago and it was around $225 pp r/t. I don't think historical data is going to be much help at the moment because of the fuel costs and a lot of airlines trying to fine tune routes.
Are you planning on Thanksgiving or Oct of this year? If so, find a fare you are comfortable with and book it..it's getting late in the game. If you are thinking of next year, remember that the airlines only book at 331 days beforehand. SW and JB book at about 3-4 months out.
