What are some good airfare alert websites?

The only one I know of is airfarewatchdog.

Any other good ones out there?

I use Kayak.com and Bing. I don't know the exact web address of that one. Just do a search for Bing price predictor. Neither of these will show you flights for Southwest. You have to go directly to their own website.
Also, try a variety of search techniques like searching one way fares instead of round trip if you are willing to use 2 different airlines.
