No, just the 5% from the red card these days.
I did some digging and found this description of the red card and it does look like it may be able to be combined with the 5% pharmacy rewards. Not sure how current this is but I will let you know when I go to the store. I am assuming the Disney card can be used for food and your tab?

The final important advantage of the Target Red Card is that Target sells gift cards to other stores and restaurants at a 5% discount so that you can then save 5% at any number of other places. Besides not working at the pharmacy, the other place your Red Card doesnt give you a 5% discount is when you purchase a Target gift card.
