Thanks for the replies! I was looking at Walgreens and for $6.99 a box I thought I would ask first. I think we are going to try it.

The Walgreens brand works good too, and www.drugstore.com has it for $4.99!

Is it strictly for colds or does it help prevent flus and stomach viruses?

I looked at the label once - it is all vitamins. If you ingest extra vitamins (more than you need), your body will either rid itself of them or put them into storage.

If people are happy with it, I'm all for happiness. But that stuff will not prevent you from becoming ill.

If you want to stay healthy, wash your hands, do some exercise, get enough sleep, drink lots of water and take your vitamins (or eat a well-balanced diet.)
