air travel related tipping?

i don't want to start a touchy thread here (i know any tipping thread is a hot subject)

but i want to know about the tipping that comes along with air travel.

who do i tip and how much?

shuttle from the park & fly place?

folks who check your luggage at the airport?

who else?

For a park & fly shuttle driver who also handles our bags, we tip $1/bag. Same for a skycap or curbside check-in at the airport. It isn't customary to tip counter agents who check your baggage inside, and to be honest, I doubt they are allowed to accept tips anyway.
