All passengers coming into Orlando staying at a Disney resort is allowed to use Magical express.

You can use ME on your outbound flight too! Why is this so hard? Not directed at the OP, as this question gets asked over and over and over. The only difference is the resort check in service offered on Disney property. If you are on a participating airline you can check in on property and check your bags there. If you are not on a participating airline, you have to take your bags on the bus with you (under the bus) and go through the normal check in process at the airport.

Air Tran is in the process of being added to the participating airline list with a date sometime later this year.....

Sorry I meant to put my question in there too

I was asking about being able to check my bags at the resort instead of doing it MCO.
So it looks like there are going to be offering that later this year.

Me too! I am traveling in October, so I hope it is up and running. It would be so nice to get off of ME and head straight to the gate.
