Air Tran Price Adjustment Policy

I called Air Tran to ask if their refund policy was the same as SW and JetBlue. The customer service rep assured me they did...if a lower price appears they will issue a credit. I'm just not sure this is correct. Has anyone had experience with this? Thanks

There is a thread on this board about this topic somewhere.

Some people (me) were given the credit without being charged a fee, others were charged the fee to change.

Yes, you have the option to change an existing reservation. Changes to coach fares will result in a $50.00 change fee per person, as well as any fare adjustments that may apply. Any changes to your reservation must occur at least 1 hour prior to departure.
