Air Tran and boarding passes

Hi, We are leaving Sunday for WDW and are flying Air Tran for the first time. We need to pick our seats and print our boarding passes on Sat. but since we have connecting flights can we pick our seats and print our passes for the second flight too and do we have to wait til that flight is 24 hours also. Thanks

You should be able to print them when you are checking into for your flight down to MCO.
