Air Tran A+ Rewards?

I should know this, but for some reason can't find it on Air Tran's web site. I'll be at WDW Sept 10th-18th. When I bought my airfare yesterday, I checked my A+ Rewards account to see how many I had, because I'd like to use eight to upgrade to first class for both the 10th and 18th of Sept. I noticed I had one expiring Sept 4th. I know in the past when I had one about to expire that I went in and converted four of them to a voucher, so I wouldn't lose it. Then when I went in at 24 hours to check in for my next flight, I called and had them use the voucher number to upgrade to first class. I can't seem to find how to convert those Rewards to a voucher now. Does anyone know?

1. Log into your A+ Rewards account at "My Account"
2. Click on "my rewards" (on the left)
3. Click on "redeem other rewards"
4. Scroll to the bottom to see the "Available Rewards" and submit your upgrade request

*Unlike online check-in at 24 hours prior to flight time, you can call to upgrade to business class at midnight the day before you fly. If your flight is at noon on Saturday, you can call to upgrade at 12:01 a.m. eastern time Friday morning (stay up Thursday night).

OK, I guess I'm blind. For some reason I couldn't find that 'Redeem other Rewards' tab yesterday. I swear I looked. Thanks so much! I knew about being able to upgrade anytime after midnight. That's what I usually do. Thanks again

You're welcome! I used 2 upgrade vouchers in Feb. and April this year, and I hope to earn enough credits for one more upgrade before Southwest completely eliminates AirTran.
