Air Miles?

Can anyone explain in simple terms how you can join the club and obtain air miles? We fly with virgin every year but knowledge of earning air miles has only been brought to my attention recently. Whilst we are a member of the FVC can we also earn air miles as well or is it one or the other? Does it cost anything to join?Thanks for any help.

Sign up online and everytime you fly with Virgin you earn points. Just remember to add your Flying Club membership no when you check-in online. You can still earn miles as a FVC member. HTH...

You can get Flying Club miles added from previous flights up to 6 months ago.

You can also earn Virgin miles by getting a Virgin AMEX Credit cards and from various other 'partners'. All details on earning miles are on the website.

I also have a Texaco WE.O.U card, which I use with my Virgin AMEX card to buy petrol - so I get 2 milies in total from every £ spent

Its well worth doing, we bought our flights using `miles plus money`and saved over £1000. pounds, just using 8000 miles,... you can also buy miles if you dont quite have enough.
