Hi, we usually book a DLP package with Air France flights from Manchester approx twice a year, when we last went at Halloween our flight home was changed to Flybe and when we got on board our drinks and snacks were not included as usual (and very expensive). The stewardess said there should have been a voucher to print off but I definately didn't see any when I checked in online. We are going again for my 40th birthday in Feb and have now noticed on the email itinery the flight out is once again through Flybe!!! Has anybody else experienced this and have any advice (apart from take our own) popcorn::

TIA, Debs xxxxx

Hi I don't have any advice just to say we have the same thing I posted about it the other week. Booked back in June and a couple of weeks ago got an updated invoice only by chance noticed different flight times and when I googled it saw they are Flybe flights.

Not very happy about it in truth I like Air France and am a bit miffed that Disney nor Air France didn't think to check if we're ok with this, I'm not dwelling on it though as this is a special trip and won't be dragged down by anything.

I will check out to see what I can find out about vouchers to print off, did you still get usual Air France baggage allowance? x

Hi, I'm quite sure the baggage allowance was the same, for the flight details it says (DEHAVILLAND DASH 8-400 TURBOPROP) :scared1: Sounds old and scary lol! But it would be nice to have my fix of caffeine to wake me up (we fly at 06.30am) without having to pay a fortunenwhen it should be included. We go in a couple of weeks so hopefully shud b able to find out before then :thumbsup2 xxxxxxx

when I went with flybe in back in Oct it seemed that there were Air France and BA customers on board as well. But no one was getting any kind of freebies, which would of been nice because we were delayed by an and half and thats a long time to sit around!

Heyo, we go on Sun 6th Feb, just for 2 nights this time, we get the early flight going (6.25am) so we can get more hours in the park that day. Just need to remember we go from T3 now, not T2 xxxx :yay:

Flybe and Air France now run a codeshare scheme which means it's the same flight whether you book with flybe or air france, it just has different flight codes.

It sounds like the flight is actually run by flybe - I've flown them a few times and they're fun but nothing special...

As for the turboprop plane - they're actually quite roomy to be honest, though they're a little noisy because of the propellors :thumbsup2

Anyone booking flights now needs to price up on both sites as they will offer different prices. I paid €16 before taxes each for our flight home in May with Flybe, that started rising when I had to pay for luggage and the pleasure of paying by credit card  but still much cheaper than Air France who wanted nearly £300 each :scared1: that would be a mightily expensive snack!!

I understand the extortionate Air France price was because I only wanted one-way tickets but even so ... just goes to show the importance of number crunching.

Hi, thank you for all your replies. I book the whole package through Disneyland Paris inc the flights so maybe thats why we are not guaranteed to fly with Air France even though it says that is who we would be flying with, it only a small part of the trip tho, I just wasn't sure where this "voucher" was supposed to be, I will have a nice cuppa at the airport before we go lol! :coffee: xxxxx

Technically, you are still flying with air france - they just choose to share flybe planes between here and France now, which is why it is often announced and treated as a flybe flight :thumbsup2
