Has anyone else booked through ACV and had ticket/booking problems?
I booked my January trip in November, I have been trying to get my itinerary/tickets/passes from them. They are supposed to be available at their Mississauga office 10 days before my trip. I'm now 6 days away and after
3 days and countless hours on hold, I'm not able to get my hands on any of my travel info till my day of departure - AT THE AIRPORT!!
Does this seem unreasonable to anyone else? I couldn't book ME because I didn't have any confirmation numbers... I also wanted to pre-fill out my forms for travelling out of country.... can't without my itinerary booking number. I'm so frustrated. I guarantee my next booking for the world will be through Disney directly!!! Grumpy in Aurora.
I will need a double shot of pixie dust the minute i land in Orlando!!!!
