When we were coming home from Cancun, our plane had brake issues and had us wait out a 10+hour delay in the airport, only giving us two $15 food vouchers per person.

When I got home, I wrote Air Canada about it and they ended up giving each of us $200 eCoupons ($200 x 4), which i was very surprised about.

Here's my question. Can I use those eCoupons if I book an Air Canada flight using flightnetwork.com or expedia.ca? Or can I only use them on aircanada.com?

Anyone have experience with these?

Holy crap! What a lousy way to end your holiday, but at least they eventually stepped up to sorta "make it right"

They have a very detailed webpage on how to use them, but to give you a short answer you can ONLY use these if you go thru the email you got and use the code and PIN. They are only good for 12 months BTW

Yes, I saw that page and it was helpful. But it doesn't outline WHERE I can use them in terms of booking sites. Just says has to be use for Air Canada, Rouge, etc. Doesn't say only at Aircanada.com. Sometimes expedia, etc have better deals on flights then AC proper.
