Spirit of the Swamp, in Kissimmee. About 35 mins away. My teen boys loved it — lots of alligators, plus beautiful scenery.

We have done both Wild Florida and Wild Willy's. Both excellent. Wild Florida was an easier drive, maybe 45 minutes? Wild Willy's was further out but was a slightly better tour (mostly because it felt less touristy). Wild Florida also has an animal park that is free for airboat guests.
