Ahoy! Sailing the Wonder 2/8/09

For Feb. cruising, do bring one outfit for "cold" weather. We've done at least 7 cruises in Jan/Feb as well as multiple trips to WDW. Most were great, but on 2 trips it got much colder than I expected and I spent a small fortune buying warm clothes for DD.

FOr "normal" weather, shorts will be fine, but you will want a sweater or jacket for evenings.

Oh I like the pic of the day idea! Here's my first one!

I was going to start with a picture from Cocoa Beach but then I saw this one. It is one of my favorites. My kids are just being themselves....
p.s. I still can't figure out how to use photobucket to post a bigger picture. Should I use some other website?

I LOVE your pictures! I am a hopeless newbie though and am completely clueless as to how to put pictures on here. DH will have to make a guest appearance. He is out snow blowing half the neighborhood at the moment.
You guys are so piratey!pirate: What excellent costumes! I especially like the picture of kids being kids :)

With all the midwest cold and snow. Any water above freezing sounds great right now.

Well as we get closer we are talking more and more about it. we are playing this cruise our first very low key. No excursions planned, my wife and I have a spa treatment on our last sea day. Other than that we are just going to wing it and enjoy the trip and get a feel for the Disney cruise.

We are also doing the late dinner, with our 3 year old. I re signed her up in the 3-7 year old play group. She has been doing awesome on the training, but will not be able to down her pants and all that solo yet. So we will check in on her everyhour or so. PLus not rally sure how much she will be in there, we reallyenjoy sharing the experiences with her, plus her Grandma will be with if my wife and I want to escape. Late dinning shouldn't be a problem, but if it is I am sure we will get her something to eat somewhere else and either put her inthe club while we eat, we will just have to eat.

We are at the radisson, and I thought we couldn't book the shuttle til we where two weeks out, I guess I read that wrong. We did the online check in already so maybe I will see if we can get an 11:30 shuttle or if nothing else just hop in a cab, cab fare can't be too much.

THey are now showing cat 8 open on our cruise.....I love the room shuffle as the sailing gets closer. No doubt we will be officially "full" as it is very close now.

DD saw your pictures last night and went into "I want to cruise" mode. I just want to be warm and sunny!

Come on folks, pitch in! I want to see your pics!

Hi! I just found this thread. Figured it is time to start packing! I can't remember our room number, but we are Cat 3 since there are 5 of us. We are doing 4 days in the parks and then sailing. Scheduled for early dining. Ummm...anything else I have left out? Looking forward to nicer weather!
