Ahoy! Sailing the Wonder 2/8/09

:yay: Weather channel says 74 degrees and sunny for the 8th at Port Canaveral! Wahoo.
I don't know Annette, Pink or Red? Hubby definitely wants Mickey's painted on too.
I'm waiting until later in the week 'cause I'm notoriously hard on nails:rolleyes1 Fingers will probably just be clear for that reason.
DS is getting really excited although today is superbowl prep day in my house. Hope you're all having a great weekend.

I went pink because I always wear red. :) Plus I think pink is just more tropical.

I have the Stingrays booked at CC but I'm worried it will be really cold.

If you'll let me know what size and which Princess she'd like, I'll pick it up and bring ir with me.

Aww thank you so much!!! We looked online and the didn't have any in her size! Although she's still a princess, Disney doesn't think she needs to be! LOL

Oh, Pink or Red toes. That is a dilemma!! I have decided to just do all our nails, so I'm headed out today to get supplies. Sally hansen now makes a nail pen in white, so I'm wondering if I can do mickey's myself.:confused3

I must be the only man that plans DInsey trips for the family. My wife loves for me to have it all planned out and researched out. So that I can get into the nail talk, I think my wife is going to try and put Mickey heads on my three year olds finger. LOL

74 degrees and sunny! I am SO happy!!! :cool1:
I want warm weather so bad I am about ready to
Regarding the nail issue: will the Mickey head show up as well on the hot tropical pink or better on the fire engine red? oh the drama of it all!:rotfl:
I think I will pick up that Sally Hansen nail pen as I don't think the available people here will know how to do a Mickey head. Thanx for the tip!
I wish they made princess: outfits in my size. I want to be Snow White::yes::

Jill,

I did them in December and it was colder in the water. But I didn't swim with the rays after the feeding and wish that I had, so don't let the cold stop you.

Tracey,

Did you get a room # yet, it is blank on my FE list.

Thanks PJ...I missed it last time due to weather so I think I'll brave it!

I was going to post pics of my new hairdo but pics just don't express how big the change really is. Last night I finally made our FE!!! To me it seems small but I used the dimensions others have posted. Today I almost bought minnie mouse shoes. They were red wedges with white polka dots. they looked good with my red toes. Just $6 but not shoes I would ever wear again so I left them. Time to start magnets and t shirts..

Pj - I run in your posts all over the DIS! You are one busy lady!!! I was wondering how you enlarge pics from posts. Natalie made a Darth Goofy mickey head for me but it is too small. When I enlarge it, it looks bad. I don't have Photo Shop.... Is that what you use?

Thanks PJ. I was just going to ask that tonight so I could send updated lists out.

Jill

Jill, did Kathryn, also post her #? I could be just really far behind and missed it, lol.

ok, I just read that Kentucky pulled out their entire national gaurd for cleanup and to check on people in rural areas.

Heres my question for those int hat area. We will be driving down from Chicago. pLanning on taking 65 to 24. Am I going to have any issues as far as highways closed or getting gas for the car. I can also go 57 to 24 via Paducah. That is farther west. I am not sure what part of the state got it worse. Any help or advice will be great thanks.

awesome picture Tracey!:thumbsup2 boy! do I want to be there!
thanx for the update Jill!
I am glad you mentioned what you did about the stingrays PJ. I was thisclose to cancelling because of chilly water.
I sure hope those folks without power get some relief soon.

We live in Northern Kentucky near Cincinnati and the highways are clear. My in-laws live in Lexington down I-75 and haven't heard any problems there.

I think I remember kcasher (from Louisville which you would be headed thru via i-65) had lost power not sure how the roads are there.

I would think that going across I-74 from Indy to Cincinnati and then down I-75 from there would be better then going out thru Paducah. I believe it is a little shorter and I know the highways around Cincinnati are in pretty good shape now.
