Ahhhhhh need to vent

I'm sorry to rant but i am so annoyed. Three weeks ago i had to get an engineer out to my washing machine and he told me it need 4 new parts one of which he had got to order as it was out of stock. I was told it would be in by the 17th jan so after numerous calls and moaning i was told this morning the parts had finally arrived. Great i thought only to be told it was going to take another week before the engineer was in our area and could come and repair it. So all in all i will have been without my washer for a month. They said the part has had to come from Italy well i could have gone over for the part and had 2 weeks holiday in this time i really am angry and frustrated my Mom bless her is having to do our washing for us.

Yes my mom is wonderfull she would put it away as well if she could LOL. The washer is insured so its not costing anything to get it fixed.
