After 2 months we finaly get our Invoice from VH after many requests for it and find they have booked us in to the wrong hotel..we wanted a hotel in near a beach and the hotel they have booked us in is 20minute drive from a beach.
They are now denying that we booked the hotel we wanted and are trying to charge us extra to change to the hotel we wanted. every time we phone them we are on hold for twenty minutes.. they are a nightmare
