do we need to bring birth certificates for our kiddos to prove there under 3 for admission or the resort? thanks!

We were here just a week before my ds turned 3..but were never asked for age verification. I did bring it just in case.

Heavens, no, never! Even if your child looks big for his/her age, they will never ask for such a thing.

Don't worry.

I have never been asked to show proof of age for my kids. I've never heard of anyone I know getting asked either.

I called Disney recently and asked this precise question and this is the reponse I got :"Of course! You are made to sign a sworn affidavit stating that your child is under the age of three!" I said "Seriously?" and he bust out laughing and said "NO!!!! You say the child is 2, they're two. And that's if you're even asked. End of discussion. They don't police the admission lines. Have a great trip!" :rotfl:

I have seen and heard CM's ask the age of a child.

I have not seen anyone ask for a birth certificate, but a CM can and may ask the age.

A friend of mine is a CM and told of a child who was asked their age as the child had on a birthday pin. The child answered "at Disney I am 2 but at home I am 3" :lmao:
