Age to join virtual queue without adult

My 14 year old will be visiting Disneyland the day haunted mansion reopens. She is going with a teen tour so I will not have access to her ticket info ahead of time, and she probably won’t until day of. If she sets up her own account on the Disneyland app can she join virtual queue?
