Hello, I am traveling with my family this cruise, we have sailed on the magic and the wonder seven times now, and are preparing for our first trip on the Fantasy. On the magic, the area "After-hours" is open to everyone until 9:00pm when it becomes strictly adults. I was wondering is this the same in Europa and the District on the Dream and the Fantasy, or is it adults only all day? Thanks for the help.

Different venues have different age limits. Basically Europa and the District are like After Hours on the classic ships. You can check various Navigators for the hours (time/age restrictions) here: http://disneycruiselineblog.com/personal-navigators/

It's the same on all ships. Generally kids can hang out until 9pm, however, some events are 18 and up even during the day. Check the Navigator. If it says Adult only, then it probably is 18+ even during the day. They do some crafts and family-oriented activities in the adult areas during the day and everyone is welcome.
