My 5 year old daughter is registered for a YES educational program one morning at MK but my son is too young to attend. I'm looking for something special for him to do during that same time and the Pirate cruise looks perfect except for one minor detail...it's for ages 4+ and he'll be a month short of 4. Any experience with this? Are the ages a guideline or a rule? TIA

Thank you Alesia--I was afraid that would be the case. Gracie--I'm off to go research pirate league now--that's a great idea!! Thank you.

YES is Disney Youth Education Series. It's aimed at school groups and youth groups but at times during the year they also have Individual enrollment. I have my 5 year old signed up for one about "how things move" at Magic Kingdom. This one is targeted at K-2 and is 2.5 hours long. The class starts before rope drop and has the kids ride a number of Fantasyland rides whilst learning about the science behind it and play with magnets, etc. I've heard really great things but no first hand experience yet. :) Here's a list of the classes: http://www.disneyyouth.com/our-prog...ion-series/#categories-youth-education-series
