Age of DVC Resorts

All,

We are interested in buying into DVC and are doing the typical Disney vs. resale consideration.

Does anyone have - or know where I can find - the age of the resorts? I've looked but have been unable to find it.

I just wanna know how many years I'd be buying into for each.

Hi! I'm not sure the exact age of each resort - but all the DVC resorts, with the exception of SSR, have sold points that all expire in 2042 regardless of when you purchase (through Disney or resale). SSR's points expire in 2054, once again, no matter when they are purchased. Hope this answers your question!
