Finding conflicting information. What is the age requirement for room reservations on site?

Do you mean how old someone must be to book a room?

Or whether or not there must be a legal adult in the room with minors?

How old to book a room

I believe it is 18.

I booked DVC for my DD and friends. She was the lead and she is 18. No one in room was 21
