Age for Pleasure Island

Ok I need help. DS had other plans on what was datenight for DH and I. those plans have changed and now DS17 has no one to hang with. DH and I were going to go to Fultons and then to PI for the evening. Is it possible for DS17 to go to PI on a Friday evening and go into Adventurers club if he is with us?

There is only one club I am sure has an age limit and that is Manniquins with a 21 year old limit. Just remember that the area is really made for adults at night and not kids so be prepared for drinking and the like.

We've been to the Adventurers' Club when young teens came in with their parents - just be aware that the sometimes risque humor won't be toned down due to their presence.

Yes, Adventurer's Club is appropriate for DS17. At 18 he can get in without an adult. Comedy Warehouse is a lot of fun too. Drinking age is 21.

Scary part is DS17 actually looks 25. We are going with DS girlfriend family. We had planned two trips at the same time not knowing the other family was going. Now DS and GF are on a "break" (I feel like I have Ross and Rachel around here) they were going on date night and now they aren't so DH and I don't get our date night. not a big deal but we weren't sure if we could take take him with us or if we needed to change our plans completely.

If your DS17 is anything like my DS18, they may be back together again...and off again...several times before you get there. If they're splitsville on your Date night, I was very comfortable taking my mature DS into Adventurers Club, including the shows, from the time he was 17 up. By the time he was 16 he preferred to hit DisneyQuest by himself, and meet up with us later.

I agree, the Comedy Club is also great with older teens.

i think Maniquens is the only place that is 21 and over no matter what. i think if he's with you he'll be ok.

be warned.....some "un-Disenylike" behavior can happen.

He's 17, let him do whatever he feels like doing. I sure wouldn't want to hang around with my parents at PI if I was 17. He can go cruise for chicks at DTD or the Boardwalk, or even a park by himself. He's old enough to drive, he's old enough to be alone for a night at WDW.

I personally don't care what he does as long as it is legal. I was just trying to make sure if he wanted to go with us he would be able.

Mannequins = 21+ on Thur - Sat or 18+ ONLY sun - wed
BET = 21+ Fri & Sat
Motion = 18+ ONLY

Rest of them are 18+ unless they are with an adult at all times who is 21+.
