Age for booking

I have a question. I’ve been trying to find the answer on the DVC site with no luck and have also searched the DISBoards and only come up with answers about Cruising. I have some points that are set to expire, and I want to book a room for my friends daughter that is 19 who is an annual pass holder. Is she old enough to be the main person on the booking?

I do not believe you are not required to put one down. It simply prevents the MB from being used for charging.
