Afternoon touring after conference Dec 3-7

Myself and 2 coworkers will be there Dec 3-7 (wed-sun) for a conference until noon each day. We purchased park hopper tickets as there is 2 party nights at mk and one at hs during that time. We do have extended hours on wed at ak since we are staying a deluxe resort. We’ll be heading home Sunday, so no park day that day.
Does anyone have any recommendations for touring strategies starting midday? Should we purchase lightening lane multi pass to help with time management? Thanks so much for any advice

DH and I like to take our time in the mornings and sometimes don’t enter a park until the afternoon. So I buy LLMP and LLSP in order to be assured we’ll ride our favorites without long waits.

Given that you're visiting in December and not arriving until afternoon, I would purchase LLMP (and possibly LLSP) if your budget allows for it. You will be arriving during peak crowds.
