There are different prices, my friend & I both got the Buckingham Palace & the total was $40 & change(I used the Tables Of Wonderland card for 20% off). Here is a list of the different items available & prices:

I do believe you have to make an ADR for afternoon tea.

ADRs are definitely necessary. It's a very small room, and the tea is very popular.
