Afternoon Port adventure at Lighthouse point

I booked a port adventure on Lighthouse Point but it is from 2:30-4:30 and Guests Aboard time for the Magic is 4:45. That seems really tight. How does DCL make sure that we are back on the boat on time? Has anyone done the Bahama Bank Boat Escape at 2:30? Do they drop you back close to where the ship is?

They know that you are on the adventure. They also know if you haven't yet returned to the ship. If it's a ship adventure they will wait until it gets back.

I think the boat check in is right next to the dock.

Typically the checkin/drop off point will be very close to the ship. The end time of the excursion is the time they get you back to the designated point, not the time the activity itself ends.

Plus, as PP noted, this is a DCL excursion. They know what time the excursions are offered and who's on them.
