Just had a thought. The general view seems to be that we should take an afternoon break from the parks. As we're staying off-site can we take time out to visit one of the resort hotels and use their facilities, pool, etc ?

Hi Sid,

Fraid not, onsite hotels only let guests use their pools or DVC members who have pool hopping priviledges, how about going to a water park if you have a hopper ticket?

So can we visit the Animal Lodge Hotel (not using the pool) ?

Leading on from that, if we want to visit any of the hotels without visiting a park it should be OK. Am I right to assume that I can use the hotel car-park for the couple of hours we are there, free of charge ?
